I'm not sure, exactly, why someone would have this vehicle.
Off roading? Prolly not.
Hauling? Only a 12" tall driver could access that bed.
Why?
Do these exist everywhere? In bigger cities? Tell me if you've seen one in your neck of the woods. I hope you haven't but won't be too terribly surprised if you have...

I have a hilarious picture on my computer at home, but no internet at the moment, so I can't upload it. But there are trucks like this all over SW Ohio/Kentucky. Heh. :)
